DFI 790FXB-M2RSH cant get F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B to run 1066mhz

Model of the memory: F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B (4x2gb)
Model of the CPU: Phenom II 955 BE

What is the problem?
I cannot get it to clock the registered speed of 1066.. It auto detects at 800 5-5-5-15 1.95v not as it is stated to be able to run at 1066 5-5-5-15 2.0v-2.1v. Is this because I have 4 sticks in the pc? If so sorry for the post but figured it should be able to run without a problem..

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Also I did notice that it is running in ungaged mode @ 800mhz 5-5-5-15 1.95v, that is what auto detects but it says that it can run at 1066 5-5-5-15 2.0-2.1v dual channel. I can post some pics of the bios if needed.

I also checked the CPU-z and it does show the EPP 533 settings but cant seem to get those set in the bios. Any help here would be great.

First, you will need to set the memory frequency to 1066, memory timings to tCL 5 - tRCD 5 - TRP 5 - TRAS 15 - CMD 2. Then for memory voltage increase that to 2.1V and for NB(MCH Core) Voltage increase that to 1.4V. This is necessary to run 4 sticks of 2GB. You may also need to adjust some advanced timings, but we will see if the computer will pick them up on its own first. Keep me posted on the results. Also, the CPU-z values are what you need to set in order to reach 1066, that's what the program is for.
