If you give me your email I can send you pics of my BIOS which is running stable on Windows XP which may help your problems. I originally had a faulty 2GB RAM chip which caused the BSOD as you mentioned. Try one RAM chip than the other on it's own. If you have the exact motherboard and the F2-8500CL5D-4GBTD Memory Kit following the BIOS settings I have should work for you unless Windows 7 needs different settings?
