F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK + GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P Settings

I have a GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P with a AMD phenom ii x4 940 BE CPU and 2 F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK, so I have 8gb total and 4 sticks. I had trouble running these at 1066 so I am going to optimize these at 800. I am just not sure of the settings. I know I should be using 4-4-4-12 but what about the other settings?
