Need help with 2 sitcks of F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ. Only Showing 2GB in Windows and Bios

Good afternoon/evening. I have two sticks of F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ memory on my Biostar A760G M2+ 6.0 Motherboard and it is only showing 2GB in both Windows 8 64 bit and my Bios. I've tried everything I could find in the support forums, however I am not having any luck. I have my voltage, Cas, TRCD, etc set per specifications, however I cannot solve this problem. I've also tested both sticks and they are showing no errors. Is there anything you all could suggest at this point? Oh and I have a AMD Phenom 2 X3 720 processor as well.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

That is a 2GB kit, that's why it is only showing 2GB..
