Has anyone used this ram on a Asus P5Q?

I have a client who requires 8GB or 16GB of ram for high quality Photoshop work.

The CPU will be a E8400.

I will be using his old drives which consist of 2 WD 640GB, 1 WD 1TB and 1 500GB main drive.

This system will be used for digital photo work only and the images he is using are quite large, the smallest is about 4 by 5 feet so you can see where the ram needs to be of high quality. He is running XP 64 Bit CE as an operating system.

    Thanks for the help.

Own the board. I know you can work with the board to get 8-16GB easily, but not too sure on WinXP CE limitations so check those out. I mean even on x64 there is limits of memory windows OSes will enable.

    -edit-

and seems ASUS has tested this memory also on board. Here's QVL:
    P5Q Memory QVL ZIP file

That's new QVL on 0506 BIOS to note. So, might been BIOS update, but other than that I can't think of.

Thanks AMD/ATI for banning legit customers who asks questions of your screw-ups:
