etl17 I have not heard anything back (nor have i seen anything by any one who might carry it). I'd imagine this is the naming for 3600DDR (8x32): F4-3600C16Q2-256GTZN
I did email the following people:
sales@gskill.com,
ustech@gskillusa.com,
marketing@gskill.com,
techsupport@gskill.com
I'm thinking of adding some more to see if anyone can confirm the model and if/when it would be out. I was hoping GSKILL TECH would have had some information, or at least asked GSKILL SUPPORT if they had any information on availability. I'll send another email tonight and see if anyone else in GSKILL has any information.

Has there been any update on the CL16 version yet? Still nowhere to be found! :-)

Hi Admin,
The DDR4-3600 referenced in the initial thread is the CL16 version. I haven't been able to find the CL16 version, or even a product code reference, anywhere on the internet. I've only been able to find the CL18 version, which has been mentioned on a couple posts [F4-3600C18Q2-256GTZN].
I was expecting an announcement for the lower latency CL16 version to be available from vendors between last week and mid June. I know based on some research that end of May is a time when GSKILL does some product announcements (and I'm sure COVID epidemic might have pushed some shipping and manufacturing timelines)... but I'd like to know if there is some formal announcement coming up about products.
There are people out there who are willing to buy the modules without hesitation, although if there is no where to find these CL-16 modules then sales this quarter will suffer because of vendors not promoting the product (or access to where these exist). Even if i could buy direct from the website would be nice to at least know the order is in process, even if stuck in a container in customs. If you could provide some vendors who have access to the DDR4-3600 256GB CL16 kit, it would be appreciated.

1. Yes, both are a perfect fit, G.Skill QVL certified combinations.
2. DDR4-3600 is the higher rated chip, materially they can be same, however it depends on what is in hand.
3. These modules have Intel XMP 2.0 which can be used by both Intel and AMD CPUs. For ASUS motherboards it will be known as DOCP in BIOS.
Either kit will be great, just depends if you want to get the higher frequency for maximum performance.

I am building a HEDT with these specs and looking for some guidance on which RAM kit to go with.
Specs:
CPU: AMD TR 3970X
MOBO: Asus ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha
RAM: GSKILL 256GB (8x32GB)
RAM Options:
The RAM configurator suggests the following...
a. F4-3200C16Q2-256GTRS
b. F4-3600C18Q2-256GTRS
Speed:
a. (16/3200) x 2000 = 10 nano seconds
b. (18/3600) x 2000 = 10 nano seconds
Questions:- Can I use either of the options for my build?
- Do we know if there is material difference in speed?
- Not sure why newegg site reads the Chipset: Intel XMP 2.0
Thanks for your assistance.

orcinus may need to ask a vendor to request and import it since they are very rare and expensive so most places will not carry them in stock like more common 16GB, 32GB kits.

I have 4x8GB Flare X DDR4-3200 and they have worked well. I use the R5 3600 which is designed like the rest of the Zen 2 lineup for DDR4-3200. Nice to see I can leap up to 128GB now with DDR4 if needed, Flare X does not reach 32GB per DIMM.

Do you make a 4X32GIG to work with a X570 Aorus Master with a Ryzen 3900? And I like to bomb (Better Off Modified Baby). My last build was 780EVGA 775 Q6600 4X2Gig and have NEVER had a problem with and hope to have the same with a new set from your company. BYW if I remember that was 2008 and the still work great.
