F4-4000C14D-32GTES for MSI Z590 Godlike running GEAR 1 ?

Hello,
would this kit run at Gear 1 on the MSI Z590 Godlike?

ATM i'am using the 3800 CL14 Kits which runing only at 3600 CL14 (Gear1).

With the latest Beta 0903 of the Apex XIII Boards there are people which can run 4000 CL14 in Gear 1.

It is possible to set the gear manually, so you can test if your CPU & MB are capable to G1 at ratios above 3600. Most combos do 3733/3800, however 3866 and esp 4000 might require binning components (CPUs).
