4000 vs 4133cl17 which has higher quality?

4133 is slightly higher, so yes, it should be able to run 4000 1.35V

Can the last kit run at 4000@1,35v too!?

or will the 1,4v stress the cpu (heat) so its a bad choice for air cooling? (I would like to go first via air cooling).
