  • making G.Skill XMP DDR5 stable on AM5 Asrock board

    hello,

after introduction of additional memory training options to AM5 platform i had problem running my XMP kit G.SKILL F5-5600J3636C16GX2-TZ5RS at stock speeds. I had to set the memory training options from default to auto and now it works fine (like before)

Other person confirmed the same on G.Skill F5-6000J3040G32GX2-RS5K.

Sounds like the training defaults of that BIOS are borked, then. ASRock will probably have to adjust one or two items for better compatibility.

    Nice DDR5-6200 stock speed for a DDR5-5600 SKU^^

its just a screenshot from the web (only the first one is by me). The max i was able to run this kit with reasonable timings is DDR5-6000.
