Question is if I buy G.Skill memory off a 3rd party vendor on Amazon, which is shipped by Amazon will it still be eligible for the warranty.

Yes, just make sure the item is what it is before the return period. It can be tricky if a year later you find out they are wrong model, incorrect capacity, fake G.Skill. etc. Because if you send them in for RMA, they will be rejected or not what you expect in return.
