I got a sodimm ram module but I notice the SN on the label is different that the SN in eeprom read by cpuz, which one is correct? And why are they different? Is the product refurbished?

If you want to check a specific SN for it's validity use:
https://www.gskill.com/sn-check
Typically the SN field in the SPD is empty for any G.SKILL LDIMM, while some SO-DIMM products can have a value programmed. However that one usually does not fit the SN format at all. So it is probably something different entirely and maybe related to production (for internal use).
