F4-3600C16D-32GVKC vs F4-3200C14D-16GVR (Which is faster)

Currently have 16 gigs (the F4-3200C14D-16GVR). I'm looking to jump up to 32 gigs. But it looks like another 16 gigs to match my current set is pricey. I've seen a bunch of deals on the F4-3600C16D-32GVKC. Now my question is which is faster? Does the 3600 with Timings of CL16-19-19-39 perform better then a speed of 3200 with timings of CL14-14-14-34?

Or would they be about the same in the long run.

It depends a little bit on your configuration, the platform and use cases, but in general frequency > timings. Also running out of memory is always slower. So if you need more than 16GB, then 32GB is the clear winner no matter what.
