  • Trident F4-4000C17D-16GTZR RGB issue

    Hi there,
I've recently passed through a Windows inside reinstallation (meaning installing Windows 10 on an existing installation) and since then one of my RAM stick no longer lights up.
I use Asus Aura for RGB control but 1 stick is lighted and in sync, the other one does no light.
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall Aura again, no change. I've dowloaded G.Skill Trident Lightning control but no luck again.
Is there any way I can reset the sticks?
    Thanks.

What motherboard do you have? Do you have the latest BIOS? Uninstall all RGB software using the installer, run ccleaner, restart, swap modules around, install one RGB lighting software, then see if it can work better. Hopefully the other module can return to default rainbow mode, if not, send them in for RMA to see if a replacement kit can work better.

Never mind, don't know why but RAM was set to Auto in the BIOS instead of D.O.C.P.
Put them back to D.O.C.P. and both now light correctly.
      Thanks.
