  • F3-2133c9d-16gxh + P67A-UD7-B3 not work at 2133mhz

    hi buddies

recently i buy 1 par of ram modules F3-2133c9d-16gxh but i can?t make it run at 2133Mhz, i?ve tried with alot of combination between profiles XMP, latency and voltages but they only work with:

    SPD:1866
    DRAM: 1.64v
    performance enhance: turbo
    timming: auto (9-9-9-24-1T)
connected in ddr3_1 and ddr3_3 slot as the manual say.

my cpu i7-2600k work with 40x100Mhz and my motherboard is Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD7-B3

i hope you can help me find how i can make it runs at 2133Mhz

finally in the compatibility list it say gigabyte p67a-ud7... non B3, it could this the problem??

    thanks.

Check that you have the latest BIOS, enable XMP, select the 2133 profile, if still problems or you already have the latest, then post up your DRAM timings (base and advanced) along with your system voltages

i update the bios to F7 version (the latest)

if i select the 2133 profile and let the timing in auto, my pc dont start

the timings for SPD 1866 are show in the image below.

      Uploaded with ImageShack.us
      DRAM voltage: 1.64v best stability
      VTT: default
      core voltage: 1.4v

I hope this information will be useful

Try setting tRFC to 171, tRRD 7, tWTR 8, tRTP 8, tWR 16, tFAW 27, VTT voltage 1.17 and may want to take VCCSA to 1.1
