G.Skill KM 780 MX Hardware or Software issue

This is Still Happening to my KB about 40% of the time when I boot. I have since Formatted my PC that had Windows 7 on it and did a clean install of Windows 10. Same problem. It is not the PC it's the KB 100%

My MX KB has been doing this since day 1, Do I need to RMA it? Are other people having this problem still?
