I've had several posts with no reply from GSkill for years now. I use the Ripjaws MX780 mouse and have been waiting for a driver update for about 2.5 years! I'm not getting any replies on the gaming mouse forum (and I'm not the only one asking about this) so I'm posting here in General Discussion.
The main problem is the poorly written driver for this mouse. "App.exe", as its called in the Windows Task Manager, is currently using up 9% of my CPU. I'm not even moving my mouse. I have coworkers who also use this mouse and their CPU usage is also high. This is unacceptable and its pretty sad that GSkill is not replying to these issues and is not updating the driver.
Can ANYONE at GSkill reply to this???
