  • AMD 955BE + Ripjaws DDR3 + BioStar TA890GXB HD Compatible?

So I have those parts listed in the title and I can't seem to get the ram to run at the marketed 1600mhz. I'm pretty sure all of the timings are right. It just keeps reporting that it is running at 667mhz. I have 4x2Gb sticks or ram and right now the 955 BE is at the stock 3.2Ghz. If someone could help me that would be awesome

For 4 sticks at 1600 will prob need to OC a bit and raise CPU and CPU/NB voltages - could you post your BIOS settings

Looks like it at default speed 3.2, as said, prob need a bit of an OC and have to adjust some voltages which don't appear in your pics

What do I need to adjust? I can easily OC the Cpu to 3.9Ghz and be stable. the bus would be at 215 and multiplier at 18.5x. I can take pictures of what the bios looks like if you want

If you can run 3.9, the sticks should be fine at rated speed or might need additional voltage of say +.01 to the CPU/NB and possible +.05 to the DRAM itself at spec timings (and CR at 2N or 2T)

667 is the speed/frequency which means they are running at 1333, will want to change the 667 to 800 in the BIOS
