  • Mid-range Gaming Rig Build

    Hello,

I like to receive some input on my gaming rig that i try to put together.
New to OC'ing but tend to google alot about this with settings and stuff and applying them to my rig.

So i'm gonna be using this rig mainly for gaming and finetuning(OC'in) the parts.

    Currently i already have a:

COOLER MASTER Silent Pro M700 RS-700-AMBA-D3 700W ATX12V V2.3 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...t%20Pro%20M700

What i had picked together was:

Can i run it with stocked cooler or replace it?
What i had in mind was:

    Scythe Mugen 2 Rev. B
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...&Tpk=SCMG-2100

What i want from this thread is if this set is compatible or change any components and if it is good enough to run/game for about 2 years?
Should i also take a second 6870 Cross or buy a better single card in the near future (6months to a year)?
    I always play 1920x1080 resolution on a 24inch screen.

Thanks for taking your time to check it out!

Sounds good, still have room for expansion (+4GB RAM, and another GPU for Crossfire). If planning for a couple of years, might consider kicking the extra $30 (through the Egg) and go ahead and start with the 1075T instead of the 1055, that would be the only real component you would have to REPLACE for upgrading purposes (with RAM and GPU you can add to what you've got...w/ the CPU have to replace the whole thing)

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:
