Here is my setup
i7 920 @ 3.6 ghz
ASRock x58 Extreme
F3-16000CL9T-6GBTD

I would like to run the memory at 1600 with the lowest timings possible
Please advise on the BIOS settings

Start with manually inputting speed (stock is 2000, but go 1600 if you like (and will probably be more stable, and a better chance of tightening up the timing)), stock timings (9-9-9-24), voltage at 1.6, command rate at 2T, if that boots okay, then you can play with tightening the timings, but you have to get it running first. At 1600 you might get down to 8-7-7-24, or even lower.
