  • F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ at 1600 unstable on GA-MA785GMT-UD2H

    AMD Athlon II X4 620 Propus 2.6GHz
    GA-MA785GMT-UD2H AM3 AMD 785G
    4 gb 2x2 F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ

It runs stable at 1333 with 9-9-9-24 timings, but when i set it to 1600 it eventually gives me BSOD on win7. Sometimes the BSOD comes quickly, other times not.
What should my voltages, ect be set at?

You may want to post your BIOS screens to help us out, but off hand might look at increasing RAM and CPU voltages a bit

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

Memory Voltage should be fine at 1.70V. Memory timings should be tCL 9 - tRCD 9 - tRP 9 - tRAS 24 - Command Rate 2. Keep us posted on the results.

      Thank you
