Pressing "Mute" key has only function for half a second. Reactivating sound latest 1 second later. Any solutions ?

Are you sure that the volume scroll wheel wasn't touched afterwards? Because under Windows volume operation, the mute function would get cancelled once the volume is increased or decreased.
If you can let us know your software and firmware version, and your Windows version (with language), then we might be able to see if we can replicate your issue.
