  • New RMA for F4-3200C14D-16GVK

    I purchased a pair of ram sticks from Newegg around Christmas time, they were this set:
    G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C14D-16GVK

    I have since had one of the sticks stop working. I have switched it to different banks on the Mobo, and each time the same stick is undetected while the other one is fully functional. I was having frequent bluescreens for a while as well as freezes. So I ran a memory test from windows 10. It showed no errors on either stick, but suddenly it only detects one stick. I was wondering how I might switch this one for a functioning stick? My original order date was 11/3/2019
