    Dear G.Skill RMA manager.

    Hello, I am Hanmiru Lee who requested an RMA on December 30th.( RMA# ER2205574 )
    After applying for RMA, I prepared the delivery and sent the product through EMS in Korea on January 5th this year.

    However, due to COVID-19, shipments have been congested and shipments have been delayed from January 6th.

    As a result of inquiring with the EMS office in Korea, I received an answer that it would be delivered by air to Thailand this week as soon as possible.
    (But they say it's not clear)

    Even if it is delivered by plane to Thailand this week, it is expected that it will take more time to go through customs procedures in Taiwan.

    As far as I know, the validity period after the RMA number is issued is 1 month. If delivery is delayed, will my RMA be affected?

    I would appreciate it if you let me know what to do.

    ** I have attached a picture of the EMS mail invoice from Korea.It was received on January 5 of this year, and the mailing invoice number is ES319-346-320KR.
