Falcon 64GB SSD

Hello,

I have been using a Falcon 64GB for 2 years and a half without any problem until last week.
The ssd is no more detected during the boot sequence.
I woul like to try a hard reset or something equivalent but as I cannot reach the ssd neither during the boot sequence nor when windows is started I wonder how to do it.

Any idea would be welcome.

please use the jumper to see if the SSD will be detect in BIOS or not, if not, which is mean not repairable at all, the only solution is sending back for RMA. if you can detect, please following the firmware update process, clean the SSD and re-install the firmware.
