  • My Phoenix Pro 40GB died, question about RMA form

    Hi,

    My Phoenix Pro 40GB died. First, it isnt recognized by the bios. I followed the guide here to do clean and reflash the firmware. Got it working again for a week then samething happened. The first time i wasnt prepared so i lost some of my data

    I went and looked up at RMA info. The form asked for invoice info.... I dont have the receipt anymore. Also i'm running Dell Inspiron 11z, what do i say in the form?

    The phoenix Pro was fairly new right? I bought the drive not even year ago. So its still under warranty, can someone help me with the RMA? I'm from Canada, so is there a Canadian shipping address?

    ps. my registered date on here is the date i just got this drive. I registered to ask about performance benchmark...etc.
