what is difference between firmware 4.0 and 4.2

i would like to know what changes there is before i bother upgrading firmware to 4.2 for phoenix pro 120GB

ok i would still like to know in detail the change log or fixs of the new firmware not just a answer i could assume myself. I sure hope upgrading firmware would not remove compatibility or performance.
