  • Best Anti Virus for SSD

Anyone know a good anti virus that has less writes than Avast & Kapersky? I need a AV thats is almost pure read and only writes in temp file. Thanks again xD

Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE). With all the anti-malware software I have used throughout the years, MSE is hands down the best in many ways. Speed, dependency, the user interface is simple, streamlined, but doesn't come off lacking - practically no false-positives, and if it does pick up something and you know it's not malicious, over-riding it is a breeze. Anyways, I know your question was all about read/write implementation - but who knows Windows better than Microsoft? Assuming, of course, that you use Windows...
