I'm currently running 2.1. My drive does not start with GS, so I tried the 4.1 B package, and got the "Firmware for this drive not found in package" error. I then downloaded 3.1 and tried to install it, but got the same error.
My drive is a Phoenix 120GBP1.
I suspect that my controller is slightly different either in revision or serial than what is expected by the people who wrote the firmware. Can we get some explanation of what the characters in the serial number mean, if it indicates a certain controller revision or otherwise? This is my main OS drive, so I cannot afford to be without it for several days. The only way I can RMA it is if I get an advanced replacement.
