SSD info SATA 6Gb/s ???

First of all I know nothing about SSD's - I've always liked G.Skill RAM and would use no other - I'm thinking about upgrading from 600GB VelociRaptors (raid0) to 240GB SSD's (raid0). I was wondering if you have 6Gb/s SSD's or do you have plans on them in the near future ??? I looked on newegg and they don't tell you if G.Skill SSD's are 3Gb/s or 6Gb/s which I find confusing. I know Crucial has the C300 (6Gb/s) and are getting ready to release the C400 soon. I didn't want to jump the band wagon is why I'm asking about 6Gb/s SSD's. I'll wait if you have something coming out in the near future. Thanks wibujo
