SSD and backup programs

I will to use GParted to secure erase SSD.
Can i do a copy of disc "c" (op. system is on it) with Acronis T. Image and than, after the procedure of secure erase SSD, get it on my ssd back ? Will the operation of restoring do my ssd any harm ?
P.S. sorry for my english, after ukranian, german is my second language
