Falcon SSD II FW 1916 and recognize problem still exists

I have Mac mini (2007) model which has Intel SATA I controller. It still does not recognize my Falcon SSD II 128GB.

Will G.SKILL release a firmware which will fix recognization problems with older SATA I controllers?
