I was trying to find out what die my memory kit has yesterday, but downloading the data from the EPROM the revision of the die wasn't filled out. It's a kit of DDR5 6400 MT/s Trident RGB. Is it normal for the SPD not to have the all the data on these kits or is it just my kit? I was using Thaiphoon to read the data BTW.

At least the DRAM manufacturer should be present in the SPD. You could check the lot code for the die revision, but from my own experience and the reviews I've seen the DDR5-6400 current models (CL32) are built from Hynix 16Gbit M-Die.
