Ok, so I have a kit of F4-3600C16Q-32GTZN running at standard DOCP settings in a corsair 5000d airflow case with 10 LL120 fans on an Asus X570 crosshair VIII Dark Hero and a Ryzen 9 5900x, EVGA 3080 FTW, CPU cooler is a Noctua D15S. So, at idle, with case fans running at around 600rpm, all 4 DIMMs are around 45c average. When playing a game, SOTR or Forza 4, with case fans at full blast at 2500RPM all 4 DIMMs run around 50c. Is there something wrong with my RAM or is MY GPU cooking my DIMMs?

Not too bad, still within normal range. Unless they get much warmer, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
