The LED on my RAM appears as default rainbow until Windows loads and the g.skill lighting software kicks in. I'm using the latest version. My motherboard is Asrock B450 Pro4, how do I make LED use my custom profile AS SOON as I boot my PC up, not until the software starts up in Windows? Is there any other software that is able to operate until Windows start up?

The only "software" that is executed before the OS itself is the BIOS, which can not control the memory LEDs. Therefore you will always see the default rainbow, until the OS starts and your lighting control software and/or its background processes get initialized. On a modern SSD based system with Windows fast startup enabled it should only be a couple of seconds, though.
