  • [Trident Z Lighting Control] Third party software support (Trident Z RGB/Royal/Neo)

We've been working with motherboard partners to allow syncing with our Trident Z RGB/Royal/Neo lighting with other supported components through motherboard software. Please do note that there are some limitations and/or requirements, so make sure to double check or lighting effects might not work properly. We hope to update this list when information is confirmed and made available by the respective vendors.

Please also make sure to check the motherboard vendor to make sure that your motherboard is supported by their lighting control software.

    1. ASUS Aura Sync
    - Not recommended to install both Aura Sync and Trident Z Lighting Control software at the same time.

    2. MSI Mystic Light
    - Not recommended to install both MSI Mystic Light and Trident Z Lighting Control software at the same time.

    3. Gigabyte RGB Fusion
    - Not recommended to install both Gigabyte RGB Fusion and Trident Z Lighting Control software at the same time.

    4. ASRock Polychrome
    - Not recommended to install both ASRock Polychrome and Trident Z Lighting Control software at the same time.

If you're having trouble with lighting control, a few things to check are:
    1. Update BIOS to the latest version
    2. Check the software version, and find the latest version for your motherboard
    3. Use Trident Z Lighting Control software v1.00.08 or later

    IMPORTANT:
If the G.SKILL software you are using is Trident Z RGB Control with version numbers like (v1.06.68), then this version is no longer supported or available. The currently available software is the Trident Z Lighting Control software, with support for the Trident Z RGB, Trident Z Royal, and Trident Z Neo series memory kits.
