hi. i need to downclock my ram 4000 works but its not stable, at 3600 i feel its not stable too.. someone can help with low timings .. i'm cs go player so for csgo all said cl16 its better timing .. F4-4000C18D-16GTRS

If you downclock them while keeping the XMP enabled, you wouldn't have mess with the timings. Tighten them after you found a stable ratio first. The settings you might have to adjust are the voltages (Vsoc, Vddp...) and resistances (ProcODT, RTTs).
