Ddr4 qvl asus rog strix z690-a gaming wifi d4

Hi everyone, I just jumped to the z690 platform from AMD (i7 12700K + ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI D4)

I am looking at these DDR4 RAM sticks:
F4-3600C14D-32GTZNA
F4-3600C14D-32GTZRA
Both kits are on the QVL list.
What is the difference between them?
Maybe choose something else in the 2x16GB kit?
Settings for normal daily use. I have average experience with memory overclocking …
Any suggestions for this config will be appreciated

Same spec, just models from different series.

-GTZRA is a Trident Z RGB model
-GTZNA is a Trident Z Neo model

The Neo have a different look and additional RGB zones.

It is a pretty popular spec with lots of overclocking headroom, if you ever need more performance than you get out of the XMP.
