Trident Z RGB not working with asus maximus XIII Hero aura software anymore :(

Hello there!

When i installed windows at the first time on my new pc the RGB on the rams was working correctly with the aura software but after a reinstall of the aura software i cant get it to recognize my rams anymore which is really bumming me out since they are 600 USD rams and makes my build look weird

Can anyone maybe help me here with getting aura to recognize my rams again?

Are you using the latest BIOS? Did you try a full shut down including from power supply, press power button, and then boot?

Also make sure there is no other RGB software running in parallel, since that might interfere with Aura and block access to the memory LEDs.
