Upgrading Lenovo Thinkpad E15 20RD from 16GB to 32GB using Ripjaws 32GB 2666MHz DDR4

Hi,

Is it possible to upgrade memory to E15 20RD, from 16GB to 32GB using Ripjaws ?

In some places it says the maximum memory for this computer is 16GB,
and in Lenovo PDF it says:

"Max Memory[1]
Up to 16GB DDR4-2666
Notes:
The max memory is based on the test results with current Lenovo® memory offerings. The system may support more memory as the
technology develops."

There are some websites that sell 32GB specific for this computer, and call it "over RAMing",
but these are non-branded memory, eg:

I prefer to buy from a known brand, and I have gskill Ripjaws in my local store.
Do you know if this will work ?
I don't know what specs to check in the memory.

We can not be 100% certain as we do not have that model to test with, however based on the information we see and know about that system it is very possible for it to support 16GB modules for a total of up to 32GB. Give it a shot, most vendors have a 30 day return and exchange policy in case you need to return it for any reason.
