  • Faulty f4-3600c16d-16gvkc modules ?

    Hello all,

I recently purchased F4-3600C16-16GVKC kit, i.e., on Feb 15, 2021, for my Ryzen 5600x CPU. My system specs include Ryzen 5600x, Gigabyte B550 Aorus PRO-P.

While playing games, it would crash to desktop. I started getting MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSODS randomly. This issue persisted on stock settings and XMP BTW.

I ran MEMTEST86, MEMTEST64, etc., these are all started spewing errors after testing the system for a while (Stock or XMP).

Later, I switched this memory kit to INTEL 10400F/Gigabyte B460M D3H. The issue stills perists -- games crash after a while, BSODS, etc. Again, I ran the tests (memtest64 etc). these too started showing errors as show in the attached pics.

I would like your inputs and things I would need to do in this regard.

Have you tried one module at a time to see if one performs differently? If one does, send them in for RMA to the place of purchase and they can send you a replacement kit right away.

      Hello,

I tested each stick individually, one of the sticks tested individually on the default settings produced MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD, failed Memtest, Prime95, AIDA64 tests, etc.

I was not able to capture the BSOD on camera, but please have a look at the following images. I am going to the Place of Purchase now and ask them to replace the kit.

Only one module? Other module worked fine? If so, a new kit should solve the problem.

          Hello,

Sorry for the late reply. I got another kit from the Place of Purchase and now everything runs fine. No more issues.

          Thanks for your help.
