Both should be compatible with the ASUS ROG Strix Z490-E Gaming based on their QVL, which you can check directly on the product pages.

The F4-3600C16D-16GTZNC have nicer (imo) heatspreaders and RGB lighting if you are into that.

The F4-3600C16D-16GVK have the better timings and because of that will perform better, if tested XMP vs XMP. However kits like that and those with similar specs like the F4-3600C16D-16GTZR or F4-3600C16D-16GTZN are well known and pretty popular for their very good overclockability.
