I have 4 sticks of F4-3200C16D-8GFX. My CPU is the Ryzen R5 2400G.

On my MSI X570-A PRO I can get DDR4-2933 with profile one but that board has a long list of problems

On my MSI X470 Gaming Plus, the RAM only comes up at DDR4-1866 and noting seems to work. Profile 2 leaves the machine unbootable forcing a BIOS reset.

I have even overvolted the F4-3200C16D-8GFX in a bid to get it to work at a faster speed.

So I pay for DDR4-3200 and get DDR4-1866. Overriding the memory to faster speeds, have to hard reset the BIOS.

Do you have the latest BIOS? Have you tried each module individually to see if one performs differently?

Those are two separate kits of RAM so they are not guaranteed to work together. XMP Profile is also designed for a single kit of RAM so it should not be expected to work as intended. For best results, make sure each kit is installed in same color slots or alternating, so one kit in slots 1 and 3, another kit in slots 2 and 4.

I have installed a new CPU and now the RAM works at the target speed of DDR4-3200 with the advertised timing. I have figured that the BIOS on the motherboard has some serious problems. II now have 4x8GB working for 32GB DDR4-3200. Now my new R5 3600 archives some very good performance.
