Did you swap memory sticks before experiencing the issue? If so, rearrage the sticks in the opposite order. My RGB kit had that issue before I tried that. Keep me posted on your progress.

ive f4-3200c16d-16gtzr g.skill trident rgb.
system:
msi z370 m5
i7 8700

rgb was working fine and suddenly stopped working.
i downloaded: v1.00.28 but still same issue, uninstalled completly. (http://www.gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?p=80662)
