Initially I'd try 1333, 9-9-9-24, 2N (or 2T if the T designator is used), with DRAM at 1.5. Your 450 may not be able to run 1600 sticks, generally the 965 C3 is considered the first AMD CPU to be able to consistently run 1600 sticks, can see the AMD freq guide here:

For that CPU, the best setting will be DDR3-1333 8-8-8-24 1.50V
