RipjawsZ or TridentX PC3-19200 DDR3 2400mHz with Asrock X79 Extreme9 Motherboard
I am currently building my new system, and already I am in possession of multiple parts. I am now ready to make purchase of the memory, and would like to know what you as community members would advise I get between the RipJawZ and TridentX series.
When I started compiling my parts, it appeared the only PC3-19200 DDR3 2400mHz from G.Skill were the RipjawsZ, but as the availability of the RipjawsZ lessens; it appears the TridentX has boosted.
Which of the memory sticks would you place on a system and why, with the following;-
- Asrock X79 Extreme 9 (Motherboard)
- Intel i7 3930K (CPU)
- Lian Li PC-P80N (Case)
- Enermax Platimax 1500EGT (Power Supply)
- Sapphire Radeon HD7970 OC (Graphics)
All suggestions would be much appreciated.
