  • Help for GIGABYTE Z77X-UD5H LGA 1155 Z77

Hey everyone, I need a little help on deciding which RAM to get. I just recently purchased a GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H (which should come today for me to drool over after its arrival)....anywho. I myself don't know a whole lot about ram, have a good idea but on with the question/info:

This build I plan on waiting for the New Ivy Bridge processors, I plan on OCing up the ying yang and am looking for the best possible memory for this mobo...I plan on gaming but I also plan on doing some video rendering as-well. Price really isn't a issue, my initial purchase I was thinking about is the Ripjaws X (F3-1600C9D-16GXM) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231568

or should I go this route F3-19200CL9Q-16GBZMD(OC) or F3-2666CL10Q-16GBZHD (these both are 4gb dimms though ) this is what was on the giga QVL anywho...lots of options here and need some light shed please

Also plan on doing a dual sli somewhere in the future...maybe some GTX 580s or 590s

I think I'd like to lean more toward the 8gig dimms. Initially I will buy two 8gb and overtime fill out the mobo to 32gb. Anyone have any suggestions on the newest/baddest/best dimms out there that go hand in hand with the z77 chipset. I myself fear bottlenecking via cpu/memory anywho...thanks for your time and input.

Also...just found this little article @ http://www.tweaktown.com/articles/46...wsz/index.html yummy yummy yummy...thats my mobo...now is that my soon to be ram? release date? other suggestions? inputs/anything...spanks!

The Ripjaws will be available soon, GSkill is also coming out with a new line of Tridents, up through 2800,

Some of the Tridents are already available at the Egg, more should be out next week. Keep us advised on what you decide 4x8GB sounds really good with a 3770K

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:
