RipjawsX 8GB and ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe

I'm building a new PC and to going use the Asus P8Z68 Deluxe motheboard with an i7 2600k CPU, and planning on going for 8 GB of RAM.

Have some trouble if I use F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL ?

Shouldn't no, the Ripjaws X were designed for the P67/Z68 chipsets, as with any mobo though ensure you have the latest BIOS in it.
