Not booting up

So here's my situation. I just got my RAM that i ordered(F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK), i installed it and now
my pc won't even boot up. The display screen stays black and no beeps from
POST. When i removed the RAM that i had purchased and reinstalled my old
RAM it booted up just fine. Is this a compatibility issue, or is it simply faulty
RAM?

My PC specs:

Model of the motherboard: M4A77TD
Model of the memory: AX3U1600GB1G9-CG
Model of the CPU: ADX435WFGIBOX

Are you using only the G.Skil kit? Test one at a time to see if one is bad.

I tried to run it with one of the sticks in every slot and i got nothing.

Do you have other memory you can try?

Did the motherboard work before? Or is it new?

Yeah, i still have my adata ram and that one works fine.
Boots right up the way it's supposed to. I purchased my mother
board on 4/20/2010, but it still works fine as long as i have my adata
ram in there. It will not boot when i try using gskill ram that i bought.

Send the G.Skill memory in for RMA to see if a new kit works better. Or try the F3-10666CL8D-4GBHK model.
