Only 3.75 GB of 4GB Available

Windows and bios both say all my memory isn't available. 4GB is installed but only 3838 MB is available. It is reserved for hardware.

Set up - AMD Phenon II 955B, ASUS M489GTD Pro/USB3 mother board. G Skill Rip Jaws F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL DDR3-1600 2048MBx2. WIN 7 PRO 64BIT. Using Radeon 4620 integrated video.

BIOS is most recent ASUS (May Version)

It is probably sharing with the integrated video...

If that is the case then why does my laptop with integrated video show all 4 GB as available?

its the same with my mobo, its used some of my memory on integrated video. As soon as you add a dedicated video card, it would probably go back to 4gb. Laptops I think have a dedicated memory for its onboard video interface
