  • Memory Management BSOD w/ DDR3-1600 PC3 12800 8GB(2GB x 4)

I bought two sets of DDR3-1600 PC3 12800 4GB(2GB x 2) F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL in order to make 8GB. My systems runs flawlessly in Windows XP due to the 4GB limitation. When I install Vista Business or Windows 7 I regularly receive a memory management BSOD once installed. I have the sticks set to default timings per the manufacturer, 9-9-9-24-2N 1.5v.
Can anyone please give me some advice on how to resolve this issue? Thanks.

Raise VDDNB +0.1V and see if that helps. You may need to set the memory to DDR3-1333 8-8-8-24 to be stable.

Negative, those settings did not fix the issue.

test each stick individually to see if one may be defective.
